Review on Dorman 603 350 Coolant Reservoir by Eddie Rivas

My VW Beetle 2000 had a slightly shorter downpipe than the OEM part I replaced. The manual said to leave the old canister lid for the new canister, but it arrived with its own lid, which is great. The Phillips triangular socket has already snapped from incorrect fitting, but it's so well made that it won't leak, so I'll keep going until I need a new one. This is definitely for the smaller Beetle, not my 2000. The correct part is 1J0 121 407F which is WRONG one of the pages where Revain marked "Not your first car". Product: Dorman 603-027 coolant reservoir. However, there is the cheaper variant "Spare parts URO (1J0 121 407F) expansion tank".
