This actuator arm was exactly what I needed although the photo only shows the gasket for the base of the toilet. Many complain that their toilet is still leaking after replacing the ball valve seal. This is because there is too much play in the ball valve and lever which prevents the ball valve from stopping in the closed position. Both need to be replaced, or at least the drive arm. Also make sure the screw that attaches the actuator arm to the ball valve is snug but not over tightened. This ensures that the ball valve stops in the correct position every time.
