Full of reviews, didn't know what to expect. I purposely bought it a size up so it would be loose enough to wear multiple layers underneath. I would describe it as a glorified sweatshirt that looks like a trendy jacket. It's more of a premium sweatshirt material - not too thin and not too thick. The hood is surprisingly big and full and goes up to my eyes. The buttoned flap on the hood annoyed me so I just cut it off. The pockets are not that roomy, they only fit the palms and not the whole arm. The burgundy is really burgundy and the belt ensures that no matter how loose the fit is, I can still show my shape! I would definitely buy it in more colors and order my true size for summer/spring weather.
