Review on Enhance Performance with Dodge Ram Cold Air Intake Kit & Filter Heat Shield - 1994-2001 Ram 1500 & 1994-2002 Ram 2500 V8 5.2L 5.9L by Joshua Reid

For those with experience this part will do. There were a few issues right out of the box. 1) No instructions. The instructions in the ad are very vague. 2) Had to reuse the Stocl intake clamp to install the air box. 3) Had to redrill the holes in the heat shield to put it together. 4) Mounting bracket on the intake pipe to the rear. 5) The hose to the PCV valve is MUCH too short. All in all, what should have taken half an hour took about 90 minutes and a trip to the parts store for a hose. To be honest I was surprised when I finished the hood closing over the heat box. While it looks decent I'll wait to see how it goes.
