I would recommend that you get the exact size the child is wearing 2 weeks before the event. children grow. If you order this dress 2 months or more in advance I will order the next size up. I knew my granddaughter was a size 8 so I ordered that. FIT: It was the perfect fit. No space for anything Length:Perfect Color:Perfect in the photo as shown
