I spilled the red crystal light and it cleared up great.
This is a nice strong and thick board. Deflection was minimal until I remembered to saturate the back of the board and it was perfectly flat again. It fluctuates with humidity and temperature like any other board of this quality. The groove is deep enough to swallow large amounts of succulent food without having to hold a towel underneath. It tolerates knife stabs well and does not shed. It looks like you could grind it down a few times in its lifetime and it will be as reliable as new.
- KNIFE-FRIENDLY SURFACE: The extremely flat surface does not cause damage to the knife such as cracks or dullness. A smooth cutting board treated with cooking oil will not deteriorate the blade and there will be no scratches or stains on the board.
