GOOD BUT NEEDED IMPROVEMENT
Sturdy construction.1) The included screws are three inches long and would be much easier to install if they had screw heads that could be tightened with a ratchet mechanism. Driving three-inch screws with a screwdriver is too much work and beyond the breaking point for this 60-year-old man. 2) The instructions provided state that a 2" pilot hole must be drilled for these screws. A 3" pilot hole would be much easier with 3" screws. screwing in is much more difficult3) The connection plate covers the power connection for the monitor. I had to use a hacksaw to painstakingly cut a hole for the electrical connection.
