You can find a knife holder for less anywhere, but what you won't find anywhere else is quality, craftsmanship, and Made in America at this price point. My wife and I try to buy more American goods over time because people like us dream of America and need support. off topic. I've used a few other knife holders in the past. 1. Ikea - works well until you move, then break and dull your knives. 2. One from Target (I won't give the name) which worked well IF you hung your knives upside down so the handle wouldn't drop them (dangerous). Not only have I had no trouble with this issue, this magnet almost pulled the first drywall screw I used out of the wall when I pulled out my knife. I reconfigured my poor crafting skills and voila, it fits perfectly. The screw holes work very well. Find a screw that's the same thickness as the nut and this thing will fit right in. The quality of the wood is better than I expected and it will look right at home in a million dollar home. The kit includes a magnetic knife block, drywall anchors and screws. Easy to install, easy to use and damn sexy! PS: Anna does not drink too much after this review.
