I've just assembled a chair for my teenage daughter's new workspace in her room so I can't say much about it say quality and durability too. But the packaging was secure, the instructions clear, the assembly simple and everything fitted together perfectly. I bought the blue color and the colors of the oriental and back cushions go well together. Can't comment on durability yet, of course, but I noticed that the armrests are made entirely of plastic, so I would advise my daughter not to put too much weight on them. However, it's one of the few office chairs I've found at Revain with height-adjustable armrests that comes in a variety of colors (not just black) for under $175. So a good value is nominal.
