I bought this for my daughter to use at school and soccer practice. She loves it because it keeps her water cold all day. The bottle doesn't sweat or leak, which is a big plus. The only downside was that there was a piece of plastic on the lid that controlled the suction power. It kept falling out and was so small that we eventually lost it. Without them, you couldn't use the straw, so the whole bottle became useless. Needless to say my daughter was very disappointed as he was only with us for about a week. The company contacted me to make sure we received the product and are happy with our purchase. The email came at the perfect time as we had just lost a piece of plastic on the lid. I emailed the CS rep, explained the lid situation and asked if they sell replacement lids. I immediately received an email from Jean and she said it sounds like Revane sent us an old hat. He/she sent us a new one the same day and we got it for free a few days later. We received two lids, one with an upgraded straw and the other with a simple screw cap. To be honest I highly recommend this product as it is a really good water bottle. It does not leak, sweat or splash water. It keeps the water cold all day, which is why we bought it in the first place. Now add great customer service and you have a great company with a great product.
