New cheap pen for your Surface

I've been using the standard Raphael 520 pen since I bought my first Surface. I've always been impressed with the writing quality, weight and feel, especially for the price. This new version of Bluetooth combines all the good qualities of this pen and more. Both are almost identical in size and weight. The 520BT's side button is slightly less recessed. It's easier to press the delete and right-click keys, which I definitely appreciate. The pen is light and feels good in the hand. Writes well, there is tilt support. The magnet easily holds it sideways on the surface. And I really like that you don't have to worry about oddly sized AAAA batteries or anything. Just charge the built-in battery from time to time. As for new products: there is a magnetic cover for charging. This continues with a satisfactory locking in place. And it's USB-C, thank goodness! So I can use the same charger for my Surface Go, phone and other devices. I can't wait for everyone to finally use USB-C. That's the future! And the Bluetooth support is a really welcome addition. It works as expected, just press and hold the top button for seven seconds to put it in pairing mode and connect it to your computer. You can then set a button to launch any program. It will also do things like change a PowerPoint slide. Sometimes the button goes to sleep too quickly. I want him to stay awake a little longer. But just press once to wake up and use it again. For unsupported apps I use a program called AutoHotkey. This way you can use the new keystrokes to do a lot of things. The button is defined as F20-F18 keys. Single press = F20 Double press = F19 Hold = F18 I like to map key presses to different keys like spacebar, esc, tab, enter etc. This is very handy for older programs where you can tap and drag with the stylus, but still expect keyboard for some functions (open menu, pause, etc.). I often use it in tablet mode to play games like FTL. It's also useful for changing images in the My Image Gallery app or titles in a song. Just use AutoHotkey to press the Bluetooth button and send the keyboard key your program expects. This is a really nice benefit over non-Bluetooth pens.
