This works fine on my pack and play site. Diaper storage capacity is generous and the side pockets are an added bonus. Make sure you keep the cardboard insert that comes with the organizer as it will help hold items that are placed on top when the diapers are not full. The top will still sag a little when the nappies are unfilled, even with a liner, which would be my only complaint - however this is quite minor and doesn't affect what I wear on top (cloths).
