I really liked the backpack! The company has great customer service!

I ordered this backpack for the beginning of the school year. I liked everything about it, but after a few weeks the zippers broke and wouldn't work anymore. My kid got very upset as we searched everywhere for a pink and black backpack. I hesitated to buy it again because I didn't want to have the same problem. I contacted support and they were very helpful! They contacted the manufacturer, improved the product and sent us a new one! This is a company that stands behind their product and reputation!
