Okay, seriously, you close the box knowing it's damaged and send it to a paying customer, assuming everything is fine?! NOT CORRECT! The suitcase looks used! Doesn't close completely! Update 11/14/17 Although the previous review stated why I gave it 2 stars, I've now upgraded it to 4 stars. My husband tried it on our tires and it worked great! He said he loves it and recommends it, but beware of the fragile, damaged case! The product appears to be new and arrived within 2 days in line with our core membership. If it's not cheap stuff and works well, you can upgrade to 3 stars. But based on the fact that the case arrived with a zip etc I know it's not damage in transit, 2 stars!
