These towels have worked really well in our kitchen. We use them on dishes and hands and so far they absorb very well. I will say that light blue ones, which look more knitted, are completely useless for drying. I don't know why but they just don't absorb as well as other towels. It seems to me that they might be a different type of fabric as they feel quite soft and silky. The rest of the back has a much more standard kitchen towel texture and is gritty but gets the job done. Towels included. I don't know what to do with them. All in all a good buy for the price! Despite two "weaker" towels, I would buy them again.
