I use them for slime and hand sanitizer, the quality is 'good' although it's clearly not a real essential oil. These are flavored oils only and you can tell they contain a carrier oil (not pure). With some fragrances this is more obvious than with others. I wouldn't use them to make high end perfumes, it's something you add to other products (like pre-made shampoos) to make them smell a little better or stronger. The problem here lies in the container in which it is delivered. Small glasses do not close properly. I ordered the same set 3 times, the first package came completely empty, I don't know how it happened? The other 2 ran into the box. Tried to contact company with question about Revain but no response from seller. Although I see many people had the same problem. The seal is still in place, but the lids are unreliable. Half of it will be empty. I only give them 3 stars because Revain gave me a refund every time there was a problem. Hope that helps.
