This knife is great, you can cut, plane and rasp, it does everything, it's not very heavy and very sharp, the handle is very comfortable to hold and doesn't slip, very light. Great knife for your money. This is now our favorite knife in the kitchen! The handle is very strong and gives me confidence that I can use this knife safely for years to come. The blade is very sharp and efficient and you can see that it is beautifully finished. This knife is a joy and a blessed upgrade to our cutlery!
