Soap and spray worked wonders for my 90 year old mom right away! The nonenal smell she had has been suppressed and she is tolerant of being around. Mom was always very meticulous about personal hygiene, but as she got older and the more medication she had to take, the smell (even after the bath) remained very strong. The soap lathers well and the spray gives the finishing touch. The smell is almost gone! We are happy and so is she!
