The last thing anyone wants to do when they're expecting a piece of clothing to come in the mail is do all sorts of things with it before they get it it. can even be worn. This jacket comes vacuum packed. Why? Why not just roll it up or roll it up and put it in a plastic bag? Extracting all the air does nothing to reduce shipping weight and leaves the clothes looking completely untidy. Forget ironing; it could not be compared to the horrible creases inflicted on this jacket. I ended up washing the jacket in cold water on a gentle cycle, putting it in the dryer on a cold setting for half an hour to fluff up the lining and then hanging it out to dry. such a pain I tried it on BEFORE washing and it is very comfortable, especially in the hands. The lining does not look as flat as in the photo, both before and after washing/linting. I'm going to put it on but I'm not as excited as I was hoping.
