I don't know what I got compared to everyone else but it was a complete mess of a waste of money and time! We had so many threads hanging that when I cut 20 I thought that was enough as I could see it had already fallen apart. Sewn wrong at the front. One side is bent in a "U" shape to allow the dog to get in easily, but the other side was just straight - the two sides didn't line up as you can see in the picture. I know the liners go to bed and not seen but I still didn't think that was why they got dirty with real dirt and stains on them. In the last photo you can see how thick the "cushion" is for your dog. What a joke and yes after 24 hours they suggest to wait for the extension. And if that's not enough, a front-line operation is missing. I may have received the returned item, not sure, but it was completely sealed in this little tube, packed so tightly that it took 20 minutes to open it, being very careful not to cut the fabric. If that's what you can expect from these car seats, I'll come by and you too!
