It's more than I wanted to spend but I'm glad I did. Most chairs in this class are much more expensive. Pros: solid design, adjustable headrest, contact seller for a free ergonomic pillow, armrests can be placed on opposite sides if you want them pushed back. I'm tall and that suits me. Easy to assemble. The back immediately felt better as a result of the changes. Great for working from home. Minus: no tilt angle forward. It would have been nice to have up to 10 degrees of forward lean, but I knew from the description that only a straight lift was available. The actual back angle is 5-10 degrees when fully erect, but I may have been seated incorrectly before this chair came out. The center height adjustment piston rests on the base simply by gravity without a secure physical lock. Shipments come from FedEx (ugh). FedEx lost the chair and said it was delivered. ALL my deliveries are visible on my security cameras so I know they never got delivered. The seller did everything possible and took care of the replacement.
