I think mine arrived broken. the grip part would not open the grip mouth. I found that the handle was not properly screwed into the mouth mechanism so I loosened the springs, lifted the handle mechanism and screwed the handle/grip into the mechanism to get the handle working rather than returning it and getting a replacement Find. I had to disassemble the parts, but it seems the thing is mostly assembled from matching parts within parts. Again, I was able to figure out how to get this to work, but YMMV as you may not have the time or inclination to put together something that was expected to work in the first place.
