Perfect fit and a good large mass for heat transfer. However, as the title says, if you follow the compilation in the product image description, these screws are too short to go through the heatsink/CM4/motherboard - however, if you reverse the screws so that the head of the screw is at the bottom the CM4 board and the nut on top of the heatsink they fit perfectly although unfortunately they don't look good. Also, don't over-tighten the bolts/nuts, there is some room under the legs and if you over-tighten the board may warp. Tighten with your fingers until only a light pressure is felt.
