Recently bought a new car and was REALLY into detail. First came 2 wash buckets, assorted microfiber gloves and towels, parts sprays etc. After watching many youtube videos and detail pages I noticed that most people who are serious about keeping their car looking its best can do better should take a bubble bath before washing. I first tried the Chemical Guys Foam Blaster, which uses your garden hose to create foam. It did a good job, but it couldn't produce the thick shaving foam that you only get from a pressure washer. I soon bought a pressure washer and saw this foam gun in a Pan the Organizer youtube review. I've used it several times so far and it works great. It seems that the amount of soap you use is more important than the type. I've gotten a good lather with a mixture of 80% water and 20% soap, but last weekend I switched to a mixture of 70% water and Switched to 30% soap and it finally gave me the thick, rich lather I was looking for. The bottle has handy labels on the side so you can easily adjust the ratio. This gun is easy to use, but I have found that the nozzle needs to be adjusted with each use. I want it to stay where I set it. I also wish you could change the orientation of the nozzle. Foam is only sprayed vertically. Sometimes I want to spray horizontally. But for the money it seems to be an excellent foam gun.
