I'm very new to herpes so I haven't tried it.

I'm new to herpes so I haven't tried anything other than this product! I use it several times a week at night and it prevents them! Occasionally I feel a tingling or itching sensation. I start using it multiple times a day for a few days and the cold sores never rear their ugly heads!
