Review on πŸ–οΈ Enhance Typing Comfort with the Fat Wrist Pad 17 - Royal Blue: A Versatile Wrist Rest for Standard & Mechanical Keyboards by Brett Slater

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Here's the difference between "smooth skin " and regular (normal skin?)

I tend to move my hands a bit when typing, so I prefer a palm rest with a keyboard that allows my palms to move glide slightly over the surface as needed. A little. I also like flat wrestling, no arc. I paired this with a Logitech mechanical gaming keyboard. The extra width is great! "Smooth Skin" is smooth compared to normal skin, but it is by no means smooth. It feels similar to wetsuit material (neoprene) and definitely has a stickier surface. Your wrists will not slide in any direction. This is a bit counterintuitive because you think "smooth" means more slippery. I also thought. Not right. The "regular" version has a slightly rough texture because it doesn't have that "smooth finish". You can slide your palms over it MUCH easier than the smooth version. I don't want to constantly slide back and forth on it because it would start to bother my skin, but for what I do for a bit, turns out regular was the right choice. Both have just the right amount of padding. I agree with others that you'll likely get a little more durability from the slick version. I expect to get out of this usual for about a year.
