Excellent performance of cups and mugs
Daughter bought for his wife as a gift. My wife loved it until she dropped it. Well she looked and looked and there wasn't another mug she wanted so we ordered another one. It does an excellent job of keeping things out of the sun. She can hold hot coffee on her hand without extra exposure to the sun and doesn't burn herself. Another advantage is that the plastic lid closes better than other coffee mugs. Unlike other mugs, it has a tab that keeps the lid in place and prevents it from slipping off. Why didn't anyone else think of that?
