I was very pleased with this rug (after the first one was sent to the wrong address across the country) and very disappointed. The rug is advertised as having a 0.5 inch pile height. When the delivery service brought the rug it turned out to be nowhere near the same as we had bought it to replace the 0.5 inch rug we had had for several years. There was a hole in the plastic packaging and we measured a 3/16 inch rug. Not even 0.25 inches! The threads along the edge are actually thicker than the rug itself. Incredibly false advertising. It's probably a good rug if you just want to use it for decoration, but I needed it to cover the floor for two children and it definitely wouldn't do the job. As a result, they sent it back unopened.
