Works perfectly for what it is.
I have used hundreds of these I/O types over the years. While they are plastic, they are used for most applications because they work well. I've made prototype circuits with them, made goods, and repaired guitar amps with them. I don't understand the criticism from other reviews because I've made circuit boards to use these connectors and never had a problem. If they were being used to replace an existing board I would suggest measuring it first to get the correct part if it was too big.
