Based on my observations, this Industrial and Scientific tray platters are perfect for my catering needs. They're strong enough to hold different kinds of hors d'oeuvres, and the best part is, they're recyclable! I appreciate the eco-friendliness of this product. The only downside is that they're not microwaveable, so you have to transfer the food onto another dish if you need to heat it up. Overall, a great buy for any food service establishment.
