I needed a small, lightweight dryer for my frequent trips abroad. This device is lightweight and quite small. However, I really needed him to switch to a foreign voltage. Although it claims to be dual voltage, the switch is a tiny recessed slot that requires a small screwdriver to toggle. That's too small for the coin to work. I'm going back to my regular dryer, which is larger but has a handy switch that's easy to toggle by hand. I gave it two stars instead of one because it's a lightweight device and its two speeds work. If you never plan on changing the tension settings or don't mind carrying a small screwdriver, buy something else.
