Not the correct size sent - too small

We ordered size 12 for my daughter but when the dress arrived it was too small. It didn't have a size tag on it but I could tell it was a size 7-8. I kept this dress because I have a 7-8 daughter who can wear it. But I won't order again because I don't think the company got their dress sizes right.
