I was amazed by their customer service and professionalism. They genuinely care about the quality of their products and their customers (both humans and fur babies). *** At first I thought it was a very good quality collar but upon closer inspection I noticed that it was falling apart around the buckle. I would return but the return time has expired. Very disappointed. We don't even have our new puppy yet. I happened to inspect it before it arrived and found a defect. I have ordered another one, also in a larger size. So I have to take a look at that too. Apart from the flaw I think this is a very nice and comfortable collar.
