You can easily find a video on how to replace these parts with old ones. In fact, this "upgraded" model has rollers on both friction points BUT we're still talking about plastic on plastic bearings which along with what happens when the wheel just won't spin will make that horrible noise that's likely to happen and got you there in the first place! Apply some grease to the bearing surfaces of both wheels. It doesn't hurt to get on the lines and pulleys a bit too. I used "Dry Lube" (a PTFE-based spray from Blaster Corp.) because it's less likely to react with plastic. Reading other reviews found that other lubes can work well too. One star off for not including this recommendation in new parts. I would deduct another star because I don't make the bearings out of metal, but since I can't find a manufacturer who doesn't rely on the cheap product, I leave it.
