I bought this on a whim after reading great reviews. I never intended to use it to sleep, instead I would nap during the day. My baby didn't want to sleep in that bassinet; he didn't find the vibrations very soothing. However, he loved hanging out in it, checking his cell phone and listening to music. There are a variety of songs to listen to, backlight and slight vibration. All of these functions are programmed into an attached holder that the phone hangs on. Unfortunately, my toddler knocked the thing over and the arm broke off and didn't hold up anymore. If I could turn back time I would definitely buy something else. While I liked the product, I would recommend something more versatile that can last longer, like a swing that can also be used as a bassinet by reclining horizontally (etc.). It was a good chunk of money and we just didn't use it enough.
