UPDATED: After seeing/reading my review, MIROO offered to replace the cartridges for free but I declined due to the mess. I just didn't want to go through it again. They agreed to a full refund and it was processed immediately. I have changed my rating from 1* to 3*. although their customer service is 5* in my opinion. Thank you MIROO for the great service. ORIGINAL RATING: You get what you pay for. At first the printer didn't recognize them, but after rebooting the system, it recognized them. I figured that would be the only problem I would run into. Certainly not. The ink has flooded the inside of the cartridge area of my printer and is sliding across the entire strip when printing. I've tried cleaning it three times but to no avail. I've attached some photos to share the mess. I will buy HP cartridges and stick to quality.
