I've seen reviews of weighted comforters and wasn't sure if I think they might help you get a good night's sleep but thought I'd give it a try, since it's great sale. I used to use a blanket to keep warm at night, but I was usually hot and cold so I didn't sleep much, moving the blanket around and putting it on to regulate the temperature. I've used this duvet and it really helped, not only did I sleep better at night but it didn't get too hot which I'm sure helped too. The only downside is that it's not big enough for two people, so I ended up buying another brand that was slightly larger. I think the quality is better but I really wanted a bigger duvet for my double bed. I definitely recommend this product.
