Review on 🎒 13.3 Inch Riding Shoulder Backpack - DDDH by Dana Bennett

Received this backpack yesterday and immediately checked it out to make sure it met my needs. PROS: large size for my needs, lots of storage compartments, well designed, strong external zippers, material of the bag feels very durable, fits well on the shoulders and body (I'm a tall guy), easy to manoeuvre. in crowded buses and trains it is easy to switch from the back to the front. CONS: internal zips are useless, very poor quality, one internal zip broke on first opening, manufacturer should add a key clip to the bag, it would be more useful if the bag could be carried on the left hand side as well as on the back. shoulder and right shoulder. I really wanted this backpack and it has tested many of my boxes but the unreliability of the zippers has me concerned about the overall quality, reliability and future performance of this product. A bad experience with a broken zipper on the first use is enough for me to return the item and ask for a refund.
