So I bought a pair of gray and charcoal for my 8 year old daughter. Charcoal feels much softer and the quality is higher. Charcoal is also much warmer than gray. (I would give the charcoal 5 stars by the way) I found that very strange, especially since they were both from the same supplier, the same brand and the same size. I checked the label and noticed that the composition is different. Charcoal is 82% cotton, 15% nylon, and 3% spandex. Gray is 70% cotton, 27% nylon, and 3% spandex. Who would have thought it would have such visible meaning? Maybe I'd be happy if I just ordered gray and didn't know about the anthracite pair. But knowing I'm unhappy, I'll leave the rest to philology class.
