I am so happy with this shoe it exceeded all my expectations! My foot problems are not due to diabetes but to many other reasons. Now I have no toes and my once very narrow feet have become wide wedges and my left one is 4th. There aren't many shoes that fit orthotics and 4e feet, but this one fits without an orthosis. I went for a shorter shoe and found the right one on the first try! I completely loosened the laces in the toe box and tightened the laces closer to the ankle. I felt good putting it on, I adjusted the strings and it was good, they were comfortable, they were GREAT! I wasn't expecting to walk in them much, but we swapped people in a kayak and I was supposed to be picked up on the way to the beach, but due to the event, the streets were closed and I had to walk several blocks without orthotics. . This is a big deal for me because I did it with no lameness and no pain; I never expected them to work for long distances. These children have WAY exceeded my expectations. Thank you! Thank you!
