We use this on a kitchen card/line printer and it is compatible as advertised. Replacing is easy, the old ones slide out, the new ones snap into place. There is a double ribbon for black and red ink. We swap out cartridges about every two weeks to keep the print vibrant, but it'll likely last longer if you can get by with a lighter colour.
