Looks like it could fail at any moment

Very cute and durable. all metal. But the real fan motor does not run smoothly. The normal rhythmic hum of a fan is not the noise that fan makes. It occasionally bounces around a wobbly drone, even when lying on a carpet. It's not the metal legs that vibrate, it's the motor. A $60 fan should be smooth and make no noise!
