One arrived damaged

One arrived damaged but it looks like it was damaged before it was even packed. Looks like it's been chewed or something. (See photo.) The other is intact, but it just pushes bubbles out of the third stone next to the plug. In general, the purchase is not satisfied. But I'm sure the seller doesn't care about his customers.
