Nice construction, not super efficient for my cat.
tray is solid and a good size. It was easy to set up. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the way my cat took it. She does not go into the stable with the door closed (she looks inside but refuses to go in), and since the door is closed, she always leaves the path she entered. Therefore, unfortunately, I see no advantage in a two-door system. Of course, every cat is different, so your mileage may vary. However, a good closed compartment.
