Amazon adds that it has been upgraded with HD speakers, but the sound quality sounds like mono, but over both ears, and accurate like the AM radio, it crackles a lot, like the speakers are about to explode. The device itself was easy to put on the helmet and run the cables, updating the firmware was a little cumbersome using the sena Bluetooth device manager on the PC. I have yet to use the grid technology but I called and it sounds good. Most people say they thought I was at home on the couch and not driving, but once I hit 50+ mph they're hard to hear, and the same goes for them. but it might just be my helmet with lots of air gaps. I'll update this review later when I really get into the device.
