Review on ๐Ÿšฟ Delta Faucet 4-Spray In2ition 2-in-1 Chrome Shower Head: Dual Hand Held with Hose - Review & Features by Mike Hernandez

No water pressure for my taste.

Like most people I love the pressure of the shower. I used a basic Speakman showerhead with the water restrictor removed, but opted for a handheld showerhead. The water pressure in this hand held shower is much lower than in my Speakman even after removing the two water restrictors on this unit. Now I'm wondering if there's another limiter I've missed, but I've read that showerheads are now being developed to reduce water use. Maybe it's as good as it gets. I also found the plastic parts a bit soft. When I tried to screw the hose to the shower head, I didn't realize I hadn't lined it up properly and started screwing it on. With that, I actually started to strip off some of the plastic threads on the showerhead. There are some positive aspects. I like the device. A switch on the top lets you switch between spraying water from the shower head, the hand held shower, or both. (Note: I've found that toggling the water flow from the handheld shower increases the water pressure only slightly.) Another switch on the handheld shower allows you to toggle between jet and massage. However, I don't find the massage program effective given the lack of water pressure. I would probably buy a different shower head if I could do it again due to lack of water pressure. water limiter. For those looking for water restrictors, I found one at the base of the shower head. Carefully remove the rubber washer and shield (you will need to put them back) and you will find a green plastic plug. I tried to pull it out with pliers but couldn't. The limiter is in the collar. So I unscrewed the other end and was able to pry the plug out with a screwdriver. The second restrictor I found was at the base of the hand shower. I was able to remove it by sticking a screwdriver in and prying it out.
