I am a stylist with 33 years of experience and do pedicures from time to time. The springs of this product broke during the first pedicure. I really hoped it was an accident (contrary to my obvious observation) because I liked how the product worked before it broke. I decided to have a replacement (although it was against my better judgment). I had to listen to my intuition. During my 4th pedicure, the replacement machine also broke down. When cutting a toenail, one of the feathers completely burst. It's the same thing that happened with the first one. Disappointed I decided to return it. To my dismay, my "return window" closed 3 days ago. I bought this product on July 26th. Today is August 28th. My only alternative at the moment is to leave an honest, albeit negative, review. Suffice it to say that I do NOT recommend this product.
