My daughter bought this item for her car. It was damaged but a replacement was sent within days of requesting it. We were very pleased with how quickly it arrived. When the new one arrived she put it on with no problem, it fit like a glove and she loved it. The box had a screen prep kit and everything, overall she liked the product and the price. We have the exact same make/model/year so she recommended I buy one too. I ordered a second one and she went to put it on for me but it broke on installation because the buttonhole was too small so it got stuck halfway and when she gently tried to wiggle it to get it shut move it completely broke / smashed around the button. We decided it was just a malfunction and ordered a replacement. Again, we were very satisfied with the fast delivery. A replacement came and it was very fragile but still broke on installation because the hole wasn't big enough. The first fits our problem, so we are very confused as to why the second two didn't work. Like I said, we're the same year/make/model so it doesn't make sense. Overall we really like this product and would recommend it to anyone with a CR-V, but can't due to inconsistent quality. Maybe we have 2 defective ones? Not sure what went wrong.
