The shoe was very stiff at first but relaxed well and was actually very comfortable. However, the quality is below average if you intend to use them as everyday motorcycle shoes. I ride 20 miles to work every day and after about 1000 miles I had a hole in the derailleur sock. It's partly my fault that I should have known better to buy non-switch shoes. Another issue is that the stitching has come undone in several places on the shoe leaving laces all over the place. Too bad because they looked very good and were very comfortable.
