Best Way to Clean: Aquarium Pumps and Filters

I use these as an aquarium filter in a 55 gallon sump. I love how quickly they pick up all the debris and the tank is crystal clear in no time. The best way I've found to clean it is to turn it inside out and spray the inside with high pressure water, usually with a garden hose.
